it takes place when our heart beats

Its is a miracle when we go places where we ought to be

miracle happens when a child is born

its is a miracle when rose grows amongst the thorns

'Splash' went the water
when I jumped into the puddle,
'croak' cried the frog
trying to solve the rainy riddle.
droplets dripping from the leaves
I collected in my palms,
sprinkled them on the lotus
as you were not around.

It was fox’s wedding as raindrops met the sun,
all danced under the rainbow
but I was the lonely one.

The rain has stopped and sun also settled
and busy, tired butterfly slept in the petals.
the cuckoo too has returned and
feeding its hungry fledglings,
mother duck has spread its warm wings
for her sleepy ducklings.
one more rainy night spreads its cover
as I lay alone in my nestling.
